About shipping:
For small package, we can provide FedEx, UPS, EMS, DHL, TNT and so on.
For larger package, we can provide by train, sea, truck, high-speed railway and so on.
If you have a forwarder, please tell our salesmen to contact your forwarder for shipment.

Q1. What is your payment term?
We can accept flexible payment methods, such as Western Union, PayPal, Alipay T/T, L/C, and so on.
Q2. What is your terms of delivery?
You can choose EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, or DDP.
Q3. When will you deliver the goods after payments?
Generally, for in stock products or small orders, 1-3 days out of factory, 4-7 days by express, 5-15 days by air, and 30 days by sea/train. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q4. What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. Welcome to contact us to know more.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we can. We are a manufacturer and trading company and some of the engine parts are produced by our own factory, so we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures. Welcome to visit us or contact us.
Q6. What to do if the goods are found with quality problems when received?
Don’t worry, dear friends! We will respond to you within 24 hours. Our QC will retest the same in stock items, and if we confirm that it is a quality problem, we will make corresponding compensation.
